Enrolment and Registration
By enrolling in any course offered by Fitness Certification by Ultimate Gym Solutions, students agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Students must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. Any changes to personal details must be communicated promptly to the institute.
Course Fees and Payment
Payment for the course is to be made in full at the time of enrolment or in a maximum of two instalments, as specified during the registration process. Any late payment may result in penalties or cancellation of enrolment.Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the institute’s refund policy.
Attendance and Participation
Regular attendance and active participation in classes, workshops, and practical sessions are mandatory for successful completion of the course. Missing classes or sessions may impact the student’s progress, and the institute holds no responsibility for the consequences of inadequate attendance.
Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude towards instructors, staff, fellow students, and facilities.
Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the course without refund.
Course Material and Resources
Course materials provided by the institute are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission.
Any damage to institute property or resources due to negligence will result in appropriate fines or charges.
Assessments and Certifications
Students must complete all assessments and examinations as per the institute’s guidelines to qualify for certifications.
Certifications will be awarded based on successful completion of the course requirements.
Health and Safety
Students must adhere to health and safety guidelines provided by the institute during practical sessions to prevent injury or harm to themselves or others.
It is the student’s responsibility to inform the institute of any health conditions that may affect their participation in physical activities.
Changes and Cancellations
The institute reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify course offerings, schedules, or instructors without prior notice. In case of course cancellation by the institute, students will be informed, and appropriate arrangements or refunds will be made.
Liability
The institute holds no liability for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the course duration, except in cases of proven negligence by the institute.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and in case of any dispute among the parties arising in connection with this agreement the parties shall first try to settle the same amicably in good faith, if the parties fail to reach an amicable settlement then courts at Mohali, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction to try any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
