Non-Refundable Payments
All payments for course enrolment at Fitness Certification by Ultimate Gym Solutions are non-refundable, except in cases of institution-made errors or discrepancies.
Exceptions for Institution Errors
Refunds will be considered and processed only if the institution is responsible for an error impacting the enrolled student’s course experience or access. This shall be done in a specific timeframe.
No Partial Refunds
No partial refunds will be issued once the course begins or after access to course materials is granted.
Policy Modifications
The institution reserves the right to update this refund policy without prior notice
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and in case of any dispute among the parties arising in connection with this agreement the parties shall first try to settle the same amicably in good faith, if the parties fail to reach an amicable settlement then courts at Mohali, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction to try any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
By enrolling in any course at Fitness Certification by Ultimate Gym Solutions, students acknowledge the non-refundable nature of payments, except in cases of institution-made errors.
